Warranty Info

> All items purchased from The Furniture Center are covered by a minimum one-year manufacturer’s warranty starting from the date of purchase. The Furniture Center will service the warranty on behalf of the manufacturer of the product once it has been determined to be valid at the discretion of the manufacturer. The Furniture Center reserves the right to offer a repair, replacement or in-store credit for any valid warranty claim. Items that were picked up from the store are the responsibility of the customer to return to the store for exchange or repair.

To begin a warranty claim, complete the form below out and a service representative from The Furniture Center will be in contact with you to advise on any further steps required to complete the warranty process.

Clearance Items, Floor Models and items purchased for commercial use (ie: rental properties, air bnb’s, offices, retail, restaurants and hotel) are exempt and carry no warranty.
